The RL100 will be our community of Australia's top 100 influential in-house resourcing leaders.
Membership is by invitation only.
We plan a group of visionaries, mavericks and courageous leaders to join us on a mission to conquer recruitment challenges and share intelligence, with insightful and innovative ideas that translate into winning strategies.
Starting in 2019, we will hold regular meetings, as well as an annual summit, to build stronger friendships and connections.
The Resourcing Leaders 100 will be supported by selected industry suppliers that share the same ethos.

The original Resourcing Leaders 100 group was established in 2016 in the UK by a small group of Heads of Resourcing that felt underrepresented by the industries governing bodies and wanted to create positive change for the in-house recruiting market.
The past 2 years, have seen the UK’s Resourcing Leader group lead workshops, publish research papers, host webinars, mentor aspiring resourcing leaders and collaborate to innovate aspects of the recruiting process.
The white papers, created at their Members Meetings and Resourcing Leaders Summits have been shared across the industry and downloaded over 10,000 times in its inaugural year.
Our aim in at The Recruitment Events Co Australia, is to replicate the UK success, creating a positive change for the in-house recruiting market, the people within it and the people affected by it.
