Tamara Grigg, Marketing Manager at Video My Job, will be joining us in the afternoon to give some insights from their recent study, on 'how recruitment and talent professionals are getting the most value out of video and how video fits into their future plans.' Tamara will be sharing stories on how it has benefitted candidate experience and customer behaviours.

Bernadette Griffith: Bernadette has been in the Australian Public Service for over 10 years. Bernadette’s role includes developing and implementing graduate recruitment strategies, marketing campaigns, candidate assessment and on-boarding. Her passions are innovative ways to promote the department and the candidate experience. In 2018, Bernadette was voted in the TOP 25 Graduate Recruiters in industry, by the graduate candidates.  She will be talking about 'candidate competition' and the changes APS have made to target candidates for a better cultural fit to find those that really want to to work for the APS.

Who should attend?

Our events are aimed at the Recruitment Manager level and above. You are welcome to bring two people per company. We encourage the manager level to bring a more junior team member for great learning and networking.
